The Freedom Index Tracker (freedomindextracker.org) is the only public, nonpartisan resource grading all 50 U.S. states A–F on their protection of the constitutional right to political boycott. Built by an Arizona-led coalition of 15 partners, the tracker turns complex statutory law into one clear accountability story for voters, journalists, and researchers.

Three federal courts have already ruled state anti-boycott laws unconstitutional. They keep getting passed anyway — and now extended to cover ESG investing, the firearms industry, and the fossil fuel sector.
