At Rise Tallahassee we are strive to foster youth civic confidence via education, opportunity, and community.


Rise Tallahassee, founded January 14, 2025 by Florida A&M Students, is a political nonprofit created with the intention to educate and mobilize students to become more engaged in Florida politics. At Rise Tallahassee we are committed to amplifying the voices of youth through independent, nonpartisan journalism, lobbying education and activism.


Rise Tallahassee has been successful at amplifying youth voices, working with representatives, and educating voters on current and upcoming political news and happenings. We are committed to fair and accurate reporting to give voters a balanced perspective.
