The Trans Health Legal Fund provides resources for trans people facing investigation, arrest or prosecution for seeking healthcare. No one should have to fear state violence when seeking healthcare—that’s why If/When/How and the Transgender Law Center teamed up to fight back against the criminalization of trans healthcare.
In the face of widespread attacks on the bodily autonomy of trans people, we need your help to make sure no one has to navigate the legal system alone. The Trans Health Legal Fund provides robust funding to anyone facing investigation, arrest, or prosecution for seeking or providing trans healthcare. From attorney fees, to emergency support resources, counseling, and more the Trans Health Legal Fund is working to minimize the impact of state violence on the lives of trans people.
