Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Alsobrooks Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
Alsobrooks Victory Fund is a joint fundraising committee for Alsobrooks for Senate and AlsoPAC. The first $3,500/$5.000 of each contribution from a person/multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to Angela Alsobrooks for Senate and designated for the primary election. The next $5,000 of each contribution from a person/multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to AlsoPAC. The final $3,500/$5.000 of each contribution from a person/multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to Angela Alsobrooks for Senate and designated for the general election.
Contributions to Alsobrooks Victory Fund are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant. All funds received in response to this solicitation will be subject to federal contribution limits and source prohibitions. Contributions from corporations, foreign nationals (without "green cards”), and federal contractors are prohibited. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of each individual who contributes over $200 in an election cycle.
Contributions to Lisa Blunt Rochester Victory Fund 2024 will be allocated as follows:
The first $6,600 of a person’s contribution and the first $10,000 of a multicandidate committee’s contribution will be allocated to Lisa Blunt Rochester for Senate. The first $3,300 of a person’s contribution and the first $5,000 of a multicandidate committee’s contribution will be designated for the primary election; the second $3,300/$5,000 will be designated for the general election. The next $10,000 of each person’s contribution and the next $5,000 of each multicandidate committee’s contribution will be allocated to the Democratic State Committee (Delaware). The next $5,000 of each contribution from a person or a PAC will be allocated to I Got Your Back PAC.

Contributions to DMP Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The first $6,600 of each contribution from a person and the first $10,000 from a multicandidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to Debbie for Florida. The first $3,300 of a person’s contribution and the first $5,000 of a PAC’s contribution will be designated for the primary election; the next $3,300/$5,000 will be designated for the general election. The next $10,000 of each contribution from a person and the next $5,000 from a PAC will be allocated to Democratic Executive Committee of Florida.

Contributions to Sharice Davids Victory Fund 2024 will be allocated as follows:
The first $6,600 of a person’s contribution and the first $10,000 from a multicandidate committee’s contribution will be allocated t o Sharice for Congress. The first $3,300 of a person’s contribution and the first $5,000 of a multicandidate committee's contribution will be designated for the primary election; the second $3,300/$5,000 will be designated for the general election. The next $10,000 of each person’s contribution and the next $5,000 of each multicandidate committee’s contribution will be allocated to the Kansas Democratic Party. The next $5,000 of each person’s contribution and the next $5,000 of each multicandidate committee’s contribution will be allocated to Sunflower Seeds PAC.

Contributions to Hayes Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The following allocation formula will be used until the 2024 CT-05 Convention The first $6,600/$10,000 of each contribution from a person/multi-candidate PAC (“PAC”) will be allocated to Friends of Jahana Hayes. The first $3,300/$5,000 of a person’s/PAC’s contribution to each candidate will be allocated for use in the candidate’s Convention and the next $3,300/$5,000 will be allocated for use in the candidate’s general election. The next $10,000/$5,000 from a person/PAC will be designated to the federal account of the Connecticut Democratic State Central Committee. Any contributor may designate their contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution.

The first $10,000 from a person’s/$5,000 from a multi-candidate committee’s contribution will be allocated to the Democratic Party of New Mexico federal account. The next $2,900/$5,000 from a person/multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to Teresa for All.

The first $3,300 of a contribution from a person and the first $5,000 of a contribution from a multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to Mary Peltola for Alaska and will be designated for the general election. Any remaining funds up to $10,000 from a person and $5,000 from a multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to the Alaska Democratic Party.

The second $3,300/$5,000 of each contribution from a person/multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to Andrea Salinas for Oregon designated for the general election. Any remaining funds up to federally permissible limits will be allocated to the Democratic Party of Oregon - Federal.

The next $5,000 from an individual/multicandidate committee will be allocated to American Mosaic PAC. The next $10,000/$5,000 from an individual/multicandidate committee will be allocated to Democratic Party of Illinois.
