Contributions to Alsobrooks Victory Fund will be allocated as follows: Alsobrooks Victory Fund is a joint fundraising committee for Alsobrooks for Senate and AlsoPAC. The first $3,500/$5.000 of each contribution from a person/multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to Angela Alsobrooks for Senate and designated for the primary election. The next $5,000 of each contribution from a person/multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to AlsoPAC. The final $3,500/$5.000 of each contribution from a person/multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to Angela Alsobrooks for Senate and designated for the general election. Contributions to Alsobrooks Victory Fund are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant. All funds received in response to this solicitation will be subject to federal contribution limits and source prohibitions. Contributions from corporations, foreign nationals (without "green cards”), and federal contractors are prohibited. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of each individual who contributes over $200 in an election cycle.

Contributions to Lisa Blunt Rochester Victory Fund 2024 will be allocated as follows: The first $6,600 of a person’s contribution and the first $10,000 of a multicandidate committee’s contribution will be allocated to Lisa Blunt Rochester for Senate. The first $3,300 of a person’s contribution and the first $5,000 of a multicandidate committee’s contribution will be designated for the primary election; the second $3,300/$5,000 will be designated for the general election. The next $10,000 of each person’s contribution and the next $5,000 of each multicandidate committee’s contribution will be allocated to the Democratic State Committee (Delaware). The next $5,000 of each contribution from a person or a PAC will be allocated to I Got Your Back PAC. The next $10,000 of each person’s contribution and the next $5,000 of each multicandidate committee’s contribution will be allocated to the Kansas Democratic Party. The next $5,000 of each person’s contribution and the next $5,000 of each multicandidate committee’s contribution will be allocated to Sunflower Seeds PAC. The first $3,300/$5,000 of a person’s/PAC’s contribution to each candidate will be allocated for use in the candidate’s Convention and the next $3,300/$5,000 will be allocated for use in the candidate’s general election.
