R.E.D Moon Project is Fighting for Abortion in Texas

Abortion is an essential human right. Among Texans, pro-abortion policies are gaining popularity even if the right-wing state leadership disagrees. That's why we are going to organize for abortion rights city by city in Texas. To prove that abortion is a winning issue — and to show that we are prepared to be audacious, bold, and unapologetic in responding to the obscene attacks that stripped us of our right to access abortion.

R.E.D. Moon Project, a new initiative led by Rockie Gonzalez and supported by a broad network of Texas abortion advocates, funders and providers, will partner with electoral advocacy organization Ground Game Texas to launch a series of petition campaigns with the goal of adopting bold and confrontational reproductive justice policies in cities across Texas.

This effort is a means to mobilize activists, organizations, and voters who are outraged at the dystopian results of Texas’ extreme and archaic abortion ban. We’re using the wave of local protections to make good trouble all over Texas with the big, bold vision to REGAIN, EXPAND and DECRIMINALIZE abortion access in Texas!

Please donate today to bring our campaign statewide across Texas!
