Celebrate Independents in Minneapolis!

Council Member Robin Wonsley and Adam Schneider are working together for a City where we can all thrive!

Minnesota has a rich progressive party history, from the Farmer-Labor party in 1918 to Minneapolis’ Ward 2 represented by an Progressive non-DFL council member since 2005. This year, we would like to celebrate our over 100 years of people-first leadership with a BBQ Sunday, August 10th from 3pm - 6pm at Annie Young Meadow.

Annie Young Meadow is named after the late Annie Young who served on the Park Board as a member of the Green Party. With Minnesota's long-standing tradition of electing leaders outside of the establishment parties, and we are excited to come together in support of Green Party Candidate Adam Schneider for Park Board, and Democratic Socialist Robin Wonsley!

Robin and Adam are fighting for a Minneapolis that puts working families first, a Minneapolis with clean air, green spaces, and universal access to basic resources. But they can't do this alone! Attend our BBQ Fundraiser on August 10 from 3-6pm at Annie Young Meadow or make a donation today to support their mission.
