- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am a United States citizen.
Contributions are limited to $725 per contributor for every 2-year election cycle. Contributions are not tax deductible. Contributions are allowed from individuals, businesses, labor unions, federal political action committees, small donor committees, other political committees, and parties.
