Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution complies with the provisions of the Ethics in Government Act, O.C.G.A. Sec 21-5-30, et seq.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
NON-STATEWIDE ELECTIONS:
Maximum contribution for individuals, business entities committees/PACs and small contributor committees is $3,300 per election cycle, and $1,800 per runoff election cycle. State law requires that we collect and report name, address, occupation and employer of individuals and businesses whose contributions exceed $100 in an election cycle. Donations are not deductible as charitable donations for federal income tax purposes.
