Rosenda is running for election to serve as our next Judge for the Dona Ana County Magistrate Court.

Rosenda has worked in Doña Ana County since 2015 and lives with her family in Sunland Park. 

Rosenda has worked with the most vulnerable in our state in both civil and criminal cases, having represented children in abuse and neglect matters, and protected the rights of individuals in adult guardianship cases.

As your Magistrate Judge, Rosenda is committed to the development of treatment courts that help our community effectively resolve problems of sobriety, domestic violence, and homelessness. She will ensure that everyone, with or without representation, is treated equally under the law.
