Re-Elect Ross Pike for North County Fire Director & Fallbrook Planning Group!

Ross Pike represents District 1 on the North County Fire Board of Directors and represents all of Fallbrook on the Fallbrook Planning Group.

Growing up in rural western Michigan where his family owned and operated a dairy farm for almost 100 years, Ross moved to Fallbrook seven years ago after the tragic loss of his mom to be closer to his sister, niece, and nephew. Professionally, Ross works for the National Conflict Resolution Center as the Outreach and Engagement Manager for the San Diego District Attorney’s Juvenile Diversion Initiative disrupting the school-to-prison pipeline. In addition to the Fire Board and the Planning Group, Ross serves as a Mission Resource Conservation District Associate Director, Fallbrook Fire Safe Council volunteer, and a North County Dispatch Joint Powers Authority Representative.

Ross' key accomplishments on both boards over the past 4 years are successfully securing and advocating for:

• A second ambulance to add coverage to the busy Station 1 as 49% of all NCF calls are in the downtown area.
• NCF to become the first fire district to have a Climate Action Plan.
• NCF to offer to all employees the highest bilingual pay in Southern California to ensure staff can reach out to all residents in emergencies.
• The Planning Group to have an independent website making information more accessible to residents.
• The Planning Group to have all meetings hybrid allowing residents to participate from home and in-person.

Ross understands the importance of looking out for your neighbor and that’s why he ran for office four years ago. Now, he is running for re-election and hopes you'll support him to continue his advocacy work for you and your neighbors.
