Raised by three generations of labor workers, Rudy M. Howard Jr. has always known the importance of an honest day's work, education, and service to his community. He previously worked in the auto industry before leaving to pursue his passion as a teacher and an educator.
Rudy is running for the Michigan House of Representatives on the core belief that democracy cannot be a spectator sport. Our community deserves schools that are the envy of the world, jobs that provide enough to both pay the bills and save for retirement, and community services that make sure all residents have what they need to thrive.
Making that vision a reality starts in Lansing. We need leaders who understand what it is like to work paycheck to paycheck and who will always choose to fight for us in Lansing. Rudy Howard will fight tirelessly for that vision and to make sure our community can thrive for generations to come.
