Run up to the Election

Dear Friends and Family,

Thanks so much for your incredible support during my Run for Democracy, a mile-a-day marathon I ran from September 1st through September 27th. Together, we raised nearly $4,000 for Indivisible Civics.

We cannot rest now. Our Democracy is teetering on the brink of what some are calling a slow-motion coup. Now, more than ever, every one of us needs to take action to insure that every vote counts. Today, I invite you to join me by supporting my Run up to the Election, a mile-a-day marathon to support Indivisible Action's "Protect the Results."

I am running from October 8th through November 3rd. Please consider donating $27 ($1 a day for my run) or a multiple of $27.

Indivisible Action is organizing for the very real possibility that Trump won’t leave office willingly. Indivisibles across the country are preparing to mobilize to demand a peaceful transfer of power this November. 1,500 Indivisibles have signed up to lead events in their communities, with tens of thousands pledged to mobilize. Let's help!

Indivisible Action is raising $1.3 million for the "Protect the Results Contingency Fund" to ensure Trump leaves office. This includes $196,000 in pre-Election preparation work, and $1,082,400 in post-Election costs should the need to mobilize arise. If it turns out this mobilization fund is not needed, the money will go to Indivisible's campaigns to push for structural reforms to Democracy.
