2025 Rural Victory Fund

Though we continue living in unprecedented times, we must reiterate that this is only the beginning of our fight, not the end. Less than six months ago, the community we have built as the Cass County Democratic Party did not exist. In 2024, we raised thousands of dollars, knocked on doors, hosted numerous events, and became visible in the community for the first time. 

We have planted the seeds for change in Cass County and are growing a chance at the good life. 59% of Democratic candidates in Cass County won their election. We’re sending Maggie Douglas to the State Board of Education. The Plattsmouth community defeated every book-banning candidate for their board of education.

There is a long path ahead of us and plenty of work to be done. Today, we have dozens of engaged volunteers and hundreds of supporters. We are growing, and we encourage Democrats to keep the faith. In 2025, we are ready to build our power. In 2026, we will flip Legislative District 2 and elect Democrats up and down the ballot.
