My name is Russell Foster, and I am running for Congressional District 04 here in Texas. I am running because I live paycheck to paycheck and know how hard it is to make it in today’s America if you struggle to make ends meet. I am no politician by any means. I am just an IT guy that after a major hospital stay and diagnosed with a rare medical condition called Alpha 1, decided I have to do everything in my power to fight for my fellow Texans that also have preexisting conditions and rare conditions while I still can. I will fight for better gun sense laws, and work to get our teachers and all public service personnel better resources and pay. I want to make sure that every single rural county in my district gets high speed internet at reasonable prices. I want to stop the private for profit prison system, and work to fix the immigration system that this administration has broken. Most of all I am just fed up with the idiocracy in Washington that's been going on the last 4 years and going to fight to stop the reality show government we have had to deal with.
