The quote above is simple yet profound. It’s true for individuals, but true for city and county government as well. When the cities are thriving, the county thrives. The problems that cities face are responsibilities shared by county government as well. I believe Racine County should continue to build resilience, not just in infrastructure but also in its people and that increased connectivity-in transportation, online, and between institutions and services- will better prepare us for future challenges.
