Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions or gifts to Rollins Victory Fund are not tax deductible. Contributions
from corporations, labor unions, federal contractors and foreign nationals, and
contributions in the name of another, are prohibited.
Paid for by Rollins Victory Fund, a joint fundraising committee authorized
by Will Rollins for Congress and the California Democratic Party
Contributions to Rollins Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
For contributions from multicandidate PACs, the first $10,000 of each contribution
made through the date of the 2024 primary election will be allocated to Will Rollins
for Congress, with the first $5,000 allocated to the primary election, and the second
$5,000 allocated to the general election; after the primary, the first $5,0000 will be
allocated to Will Rollins for Congress for the general election. The next $5,000 of
each contribution will be allocated to the California Democratic Party federal
account.
For contributions from individuals and other federally permissible persons, the first
$6,600 of each contribution made through the 2024 primary will be allocated to Will
Rollins for Congress with the first $3,300 allocated to the primary election, and the
second $3,300 allocated to the general election; after the primary the first $3,300 will
be allocated to Will Rollins for Congress for the general election. The next $10,000
of each contribution will be allocated to the California Democratic Party federal
account.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular
participant. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor
makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the
contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
