Complimentary Taco Bar, Libations & More!
All Are Welcome!
Suggested Minimum Donation: $50
Hosts Dave & Libby Babbott-Klein, Kari Dolan & Chach Curtis, Grady O'Shaughnessy & Shelby Semmes, Kinny Perot & Richard Czaplinski, Natalie Silver & Daniel Bak, Brian Shupe & Valerie Capels, John Wilson & Britton Rogers, and the McLaren for Vermont team invite you to join us for one big summer kickoff party on Saturday, June 6th from 4:30-8pm in the beautiful Mad River Valley for an evening of connections, fun, live music, and celebration.
Ryan McLaren, a life-long Vermonter who grew up skiing at Sugarbush, has officially launched his campaign for Vermont's next Lieutenant Governor and wants to celebrate with you by kicking off the summer campaign season right!!!
All are welcome! Bring the family! There will be the following complimentary items at the event: libations of all types, taco bar, firepit, tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts, ample parking, and a beautiful view of the three ski mountains. But bring your own portable chair! And kids are welcome to bring their own bikes/scooters and helmets if they want to bike or scoot on the court.
Ryan's life is forever tied to the Mad River Valley after his life-altering spinal cord injury from a freak accident at Mad River Glen over nine years ago. Earlier this year on the 9th anniversary of the accident, Ryan hosted an incredible benefit concert with Grace Potter at Mad River Glen to give back to the ski patrol there and all the organizations that have helped him over the years.
But now it's time to throw a party for a different reason!
As Sen. Peter Welch's (D-Vt) former senior advisor and campaign manager for a decade, Ryan has a wealth of experience and knowledge to share, especially in this critical moment for Vermont. We’ll be sharing early momentum, stories from the campaign trail, answering questions, and looking ahead to what comes next, especially a rockin' campaign party to kickoff summer!
Tickets are by donation.
Every contribution helps us build the kind of campaign Vermonters deserve.
Please RSVP by contributing.
Your donation serves as your ticket.
We can’t wait to see you there!
In the chance of inclement weather, there is a large scale, renovated barn on site for hosting the event.
A special thank you to the Babbott-Kleins for making this event possible.
