The Senate District Seven Citizen's Fund is a way for regular people in Franklin, Tilton, Hillsborough, Henniker, Boscawen, Warner, Andover, Bradford, Sutton, Wilmot, Newbury, Bristol, Goshen, Grafton, Alexandria, Orange, Danbury, Hill, Bridgewater, Hebron, Webster and Salisbury to come together and resist the partisan gerrymander of the NH Senate.

In 2021 the NH State Senate district lines were redrawn by the Republican House, Senate and Governor to lock New Hampshire into conservative government policies for the next decade. Even if a majority of NH voters vote to elect a Democratic Governor and House of Representatives, the Senate is designed so that Republicans can still win it with a minority of the statewide vote and stop Democratic bills from passing.

District Seven is part of that plan - however, there are simply too many swing voters in this district for it to be uncompetitive. A Democratic candidate with a well-organized campaign has a strong chance of breaking through.

The District Seven Citizen's Fund exists to collect small monthly donations from local people. Asking only $5 per month, it pools funds to be released once every two years to the Democratic Senate Nominee in District Seven to help them run an effective campaign.

With 200 subscribers, a candidate would be able to immediately hire a professional campaign manager. With 500, additional professional campaign staff and campaign materials could be lined up on day one. With 1000 an entire campaign could be funded, and the candidate could focus their whole time and energy talking to voters rather than dialing donors for the funds to run a campaign.
