Support State-Based Abortion Advocacy Today!

The future of abortion access will be decided state by state—and the organizations leading that fight need sustained political resources to win.

The State Abortion Access Network Action Fund (SAAN Action Fund) exists to ensure that state-based abortion advocacy organizations have the funding they need to organize communities, educate voters, advocate for policy change, hold elected officials accountable, and defend reproductive freedom wherever it is under attack.

Today, these organizations face relentless political attacks while also carrying the enormous responsibility of responding to rapidly changing laws, ballot initiatives, legislative sessions, and coordinated anti-abortion campaigns. They are expected to do more every year, often with fewer resources than their opposition.

Your contribution helps change that.

Since our founding, 80% of every dollar raised has gone directly to our state member organizations, ensuring resources reach the leaders doing the work where it matters most.

When you invest in the SAAN Action Fund, you're not funding one campaign or one state—you're strengthening a national network of trusted state leaders who are building long-term political power to protect reproductive freedom today and for years to come.

The attacks aren't slowing down. Neither can we.

Make your gift today and help ensure every state has the power to defend and advance abortion access.
