Said Ahmed is running for State Representative of the 7th Suffolk to fight for a government that works for the many, not the few. Said is a former Harvard University lecturer, longtime Boston Public School educator, former US National athlete, and proud husband & father of five. He came to Roxbury at the age of 12 as a refugee, where this community gave him a home. He is running for State Representative to fight for truly affordable housing, community based public safety, education for all, and responsive constituent services.
