Your contribution supports Wear Orange: National Gun Violence Awareness Day - June 2, 2017.
Wear Orange was inspired by friends of Hadiya Pendleton, a 15-year-old Chicago high school student killed by gunfire, who decided to honor her life by wearing orange – the color hunters wear in the woods to protect themselves and others.
I've recently signed up as a volunteer with Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America, a non-partisan grassroots movement of women and men demanding common sense solutions to the gun violence that endangers our children, families and communities.
Wear Orange on June 2, 2017 to call attention to this important movement, and please consider making a donation.
