Not one More: Demand action before the next mass shooting
When I saw Richard Martinez on TV, I knew we can’t stop fighting to end gun violence.
If this father, in the middle of such unimaginable grief, could find the courage to stand up and speak truth to the craven, irresponsible politicians responsible for his son’s death, then we can’t give up either. Not when so many people--and so many women--are dying every day from gun violence.
So we’re launching a new push to demand action from Congress. And this time, we’re bringing the voices of women to the debate--those of us who every day face the threat of violence from mysogynist monsters like Eliot Roger--to debunk the outrageous NRA myth that guns make women safer.
But taking on he NRA won’t be easy, and we’re counting you, our members, to help get this campaign off the ground before this latest disaster has been forgotten. Will you chip in?
