Santos is a father, civil engineer, small business owner, and community activist. He began his career with the Union Pacific Railroad in systems administration and flourished into a role that today still shapes the global movement of goods and people across vast distances.
He is a lifelong Texan who embodies the West Texas values of hard work, relentless persistence, and creativity that have made Texas an amazing place to live. Santos would be honored to represent Texas’ 23rd congressional district for the people.
When elected, Santos will prioritize lowering the costs of healthcare, women's reproductive rights, creating good-paying jobs, strengthening labor unions, fighting for family farmers & ranchers, building a strong economy, advocating for veterans, teachers & first responders, and defending our democracy. He will work hard every day to make sure our government works for and represents all Americans.
