Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Sara Jacobs House Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The first $2,900/$5,000 of each contribution from a person/multicandidate committee will be allocated to Sara Jacobs for Congress and will be considered designated for the Primary election of 2024; the next $2,900/$5,000 of each contribution from a person/multicandidate committee will be allocated to Sara Jacobs for Congress and will be considered designated for the General election of 2024; the next $5,000/$5,000 will be allocated to PAC for Good. The last $255,500/$105,000 will be allocated to DCCC as follows: the first $36,500/$15,000 to the general fund; and the next $219,000/$90,000 to the recount or building fund, in DCCC’s sole discretion.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting jay@bluewavepolitics.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
