Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions or gifts to Save Our Senate 2026 are not tax deductible.
Contributions to Save Our Senate 2026 will be allocated as follows:
The first $3,500 of each contribution from a person and the first $5,000 from a multicandidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to Cooper for North Carolina for use in the general election. The next $10,000 from a person and the next $10,000 from a PAC will be split evenly between Common Ground PAC and North Carolina Democratic Party – Federal. The next $5,000 from a person will be allocated to North Carolina Democratic Party – Federal. The next $44,300 from a person and the next $15,000 from a PAC will be allocated to the DSCC General Fund. The next $132,900 from a person or $45,000 from a PAC will be allocated to the DSCC Headquarters Fund. The next $132,900 from a person or $45,000 from a PAC will be allocated to the DSCC Legal Fund. Contributions will be used in connection with a federal election.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting cooper@capcompliance.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
