Save the American Salmon

JOIN THE FIGHT.

North America’s largest Pacific watershed is in the midst of an environmental crisis. The Columbia River Basin is the most dammed river system on the planet and we are now at a breaking point where widespread damming of this vital body of water threatens the very existence of the salmon that depend on it.

Salmon are a keystone species, and without them, a vast network of animals and plants suffer. One of those species is the Southern Resident orcas - a species which holds tremendous scientific, conservation, and cultural value - and is now on the brink of extinction as well. Unless we change course now, these iconic salmon and orcas may be extinct in our lifetime.

Please contribute and join our fight to achieve the largest river basin restoration in history by removing the four dams on the lower Snake River. Every dollar makes a difference in our fight to save these iconic species.
