Eli is an Ann Arbor native and 2010 Michigan Law grad who is currently serving in his second term as Washtenaw County Prosecutor—where he has transformed the office into a national leader in promoting fair and equitable justice. A former law clerk to the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Eli is also an accomplished civil rights and public-interest lawyer. He’s running for Michigan Attorney General because our rights, our safety, and our future are on the line.
Eli has repeatedly stood up to powerful actors when they violate our rights. As Attorney General, he'll continue to do so, even when that powerful actor is Donald Trump himself.
