Stop GOP voter suppression!

Republicans in Tallahassee are at it again, trying to suppress votes in the state of Florida.

After we voted overwhelmingly in 2018 to restore voting rights to formerly incarcerated people who had served their time, Republicans added unnecessary and confusing requirements to the law.

Now they're trying to push through legislation that would purge Vote-By-Mail rolls and require voters to request a mail ballot every year.

Republicans were just fine with mail ballots as long as they gave the GOP an advantage. Now that Democrats have made significant gains in Vote-By-Mail registration, they want to take it away.

As Democrats, we're working to elect strong leaders who will make it easier for people to make their voice heard, not harder. In 2022, we half of the seats in the Florida Senate and all of the seats in the Florida House will be up for election.
