In 2026, control of the U.S. House of Representatives may be decided in just a handful of districts—and three of the most important are in Pennsylvania. The Republicans in congressional districts (CDs) 07, 08, and 10 won their elections by extremely narrow margins and are widely considered among the top-tier swing seats in the nation. Dems can win all of them. 

Swing Blue Alliance (SBA) is partnering with Rural Freedom Network (RFN) on a comprehensive voter communication strategy designed to reach voters through multiple channels and reinforce key messages throughout the campaign.

Rural Freedom Network is providing a 2 to 1 match turning our goal of $25,000 into a $75,000 billboard and radio campaign. 

Our multi-pronged strategy includes:

• Billboards: Strategic billboard advertising (20-25 billboards!) in high-visibility locations across all three congressional districts, including Spanish language billboards, where appropriate. Your donation helps pay for billboards through October.
• Radio: English-language and Spanish-language radio advertising to reach diverse communities and expand voter engagement
• Phone banks: In both English and Spanish to speak with voters directly and encourage voting
• Direct mail: A complementary mail program that reinforces campaign messages and drives voter turnout
• Social media: A social media outreach campaign to reach younger voters we might not reach otherwise.

Research consistently shows that voters are most effectively persuaded when they receive messages through multiple channels over time. By combining billboards, radio, direct voter contact, social media, and mailings, we can significantly increase the reach and effectiveness of our efforts. 

Your contribution to RFN will directly support the costs of billboards and radio advertising in these critical congressional districts. Every dollar donated up to $25,000 will be worth $3 due to the Rural Freedom Network 2:1 match.
