The main business meeting will be on Saturday, May 20, 2017 and your ticket purchase includes Lunch and coffee service on that day. The Saturday Lunch ticket is for lunch guests not attending the business meeting.
The Executive Committee will meet the afternoon of Friday, May 19, 2017.
We plan to have training on the morning of Sunday, May 21, 2017.
A full agenda will be provided to State Central Committee members prior to the event.
This year we are encouraging those that can to donate 1/2 a registration to help us with people who want to attend but cannot afford it. You can donate up to 12 half donations if you want to help up to six people who cannot afford to attend. You can also just buy one or more extra General Admission tickets and list specific names of people in the Attendees box that appears after you purchase tickets.
