Contribution rules

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
  4. I am at least eighteen years old.
  5. I am not a federal contractor.
Contributions to Schiff Hold the House 2020 will be allocated as follows:

Up to $44,800 of each contribution from an individual and up to $80,000 from a multicandidate committee will be split evenly between Schiff for Congress, Katie Hill for Congress, Harley Rouda for Congress, Cosneros for Congress, Josh Harder for Congress, Mike Levin for Congress, Katie Porter for Congress, and TJ Cox for Congress and considered designated $2,800 for the primary election and $2,800 for the general election from individuals and $5,000 for the primary election and $5,000 for the general election from multicandidate committees.

Any portion of any contribution from federally permissible sources in excess of these amounts, and any contributions prohibited under federal law, will be refunded to the contributor. Nonwithstanding the stated allocation forluma, any contributor may designate their contribution for a particular participant by contacting dcendejas@kaufmanlegalgroup.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
