The Schiff Min Victory Fund is a joint fundraising committee between Adam Schiff's campaign for US Senate and Dave Min's campaign for the US House of Representatives in CA-47.
Contributions benefit Adam Schiff for Senate and Dave Min for Congress.
Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Schiff Min Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
Contributions shall be split 70% to Schiff for Senate and 30% Dave Min for Congress. The first $3,300/$5,000 of each contribution from an individual/multi-candidate PAC to Schiff for Senate and Dave Min for Congress will be designated for the general election. The next $3,300/$5,000 of each contribution from an individual/multi-candidate PAC to Schiff for Senate will be designated for the special general election.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting schiff@mbacg.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
