Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Schiff Vindman Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
All funds raised under this Agreement from a person shall be divided 50% to Schiff for Senate and 50% to Vindman for Congress. Any amount that cannot be allocated to Schiff for Senate will be allocated to Vindman for Congress. Any amount that cannot be allocated to Vindman for Congress will be allocated to Schiff for Senate. The first $3,300 from a person to Schiff for Senate is designated to the 2024 General election, and the second $3,300 from a person to Schiff for Senate is designated to the 2024 Special General election. The first $3,300 from a person to Vindman for Congress is designated to the 2024 Primary election, and the second $3,300 from a person to Vindman for Congress is designated to the 2024 General election. The first $5,000 from a multi-candidate committee to Schiff for Senate is designated to the 2024 General election, and the second $5,000 from a multi-candidate committee to Schiff for Senate is designated to the2024 Special General election. The first $5,000 from a multi-candidate committee to Vindman for Congress is designated to the 2024 Primary election and the second $5,000 from a multi-candidate committee to Vindman for Congress is designated to the 2024 General election.

The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
