2025 DWSOC Scholarship Fund!

“The youth of a nation are the trustees of posterity.”

                        - Benjamin Disraeli

2025 marks the 8th year of the DWSOC Scholarship Program offered to Senior High School students at Dana Hills, San Clemente, and San Juan Hills High Schools. This year, we will be expanding the program to include Saddleback College students.

DWSOC’s Ruth Clark Honorary Scholarship Award Program recognizes San Juan Capistrano Resident, Ruth Clark, for being our Program’s Inaugural Donor and major supporter. DWSOC has awarded 50 Scholarships at all three High Schools in the last seven years totaling just under $33,000.

The Committee’s theme for 2025 is “Stressed about the school board? Support the students!”  We continue to focus our efforts of supporting Public Education in these challenging times, and will speak with strong voices to secure a strong future for our students and our democratic values.

All DWSOC Scholarship Awards come only from direct donations of our members and community supporters, so please give generously...100% of your donation goes to the scholarship fund!
