I'm a former public high school teacher in the Bronx, a current CPS mom. On leave from job as Director of Constituent Services for the Mayor; sometimes known for raising a ruckus for more afterschool.


Donate to demand high academic achievement 📗 🧮 for every student; defining equity as increasing outcomes (not removing resources & pretending it's fine).


Communication & Transparency — CPS needs to hear from all families & teachers. Hold regular town halls; ask for feedback in every newsletter.


Tech, Safety & Mental Health — Schools must be cell phone-free; stringent guards against using AI for assignments. Strong protections for immigrant and trans students & staff.


Kids care about the environment - let's pilot safe 🚴 biking- and walking-routes to school.
