Let's Win Kent County's Most Important and Most Flippable Race!

This is the most important countywide race in Michigan and the most flippable Republican-held seat in Kent County.


Thanks to my and others' hard work, almost every Democratic statewide nominee defeated their Republican opponents in Kent County in 2022. Democrats also won the presidential and congressional vote in Kent County in 2020.


Despite all of this, all of Kent County's five countywide administrative officials are Republicans. Our current Clerk/Register, Lisa Posthumus Lyons, has compared teachers to "pigs" and "hogs" and gerrymandered County Commission districts. Her office has prepared paperwork declaring the wrong winners in three elections since 2018.


Enough is enough. Let's elect a pro-voter, pro-civic engagement Clerk/Register of Deeds.
