AMENDMENT 4 IS ON THE BALLOT
By a 4-3 decision, the Florida Supreme Court ruled ruled to let Floridians vote in November on Amendment 4
It's a victory, but we have a long way to go.
Unfortunately, the Court also decided to uphold DeSantis' 15-week abortion ban.
This triggers the 6-week abortion ban, which is before most women know that they're pregnant. This near total ban essentially outlaws abortion entirely.
Florida voters are the last line of defense to make that happen in November. Help us raise $4,000 today to show them that we’re fired up to defend our rights.
