Minnesota’s Political Contribution Refund (PCR) program resets on January 1, 2026. That means you can make, a $75 donation today (or $150 for couples) and receive a FULL REFUND from the State of Minnesota! – give $75, get $75! This Minnesota program is designed to encourage small, individual donations to Minnesota party units and candidates. As a Minnesota voter, you can and should participate in the PCR every year. The deadline to donate for 2026 is December 31. 


Once your contribution is received, SD 29 DFL will send you a Form EP-3 (MN Political Contribution Receipt) and a Form PCR (Political Contribution Refund Application) which you will need to apply for your refund. Every dollar counts! Chip in today.

  1. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
  2. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
  4. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
