Sister District Action Network

Contribute to We The People Action Fund & Mothering Justice with Sister District's State Bridges Program!

Sister District Action Network is a 501(c)(4) organization. The State Bridges program connects Sister District volunteers across the country with community-based organizations to provide an extra fundraising boost.

Long-term community-based organizing, often led by people of color, is a key to building progressive power in state legislatures. The State Bridges program creates a way for teams and affiliates to fundraise for select partner organizations doing this work in our 2024 target states.

We the People Action Fund works to build long-term deep organizing infrastructure focused on local issues, elections, and corporate accountability that impact communities across Michigan. They work to foster long-lasting alliances across communities that are explicitly multi-racial with a racial justice lens.

Mothering Justice is a grassroots policy advocacy organization that provides mothers of color with the resources and tools to use their power to make equitable changes in policy. They are dedicated to improving the quality of life for families by empowering mothers to take action on policy.
