Sister District Action Network is a 501(c)(4) organization. The State Bridges program connects Sister District volunteers across the country with community-based organizations to provide an extra fundraising boost.
Long-term community-based organizing, often led by people of color, is a key to building progressive power in state legislatures. The State Bridges program creates a way for teams and affiliates to fundraise for select partner organizations doing this work in our 2023 and 2024 target states.
Nevada is home to over 389,000 Asian Pacific Islander Americans, comprising around 12.5% of the state’s total population. One APIA Nevada is a 501(c)4 grassroots, non-profit organization advocating for policies empowering everyday Asian American, Native Hawaiian & Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Nevadans.
One APIA Nevada seeks to support and empower the APIA community, providing them the tools to exercise their voice through electoral organizing, voter education, and year-round base-building across Nevada. The AANHPI community is growing rapidly, accounting for 1 in every 10 voters, and has the power and numbers to be the voice of change in Nevada.
Donate to One APIA Nevada now! Your contribution will help to build democracy from the ground up and ensure that everyone, no matter who they are, has a voice.
