The State Bridges program connects Sister District volunteers across the country with community-based organizations to provide an extra fundraising boost.
Long-term community-based organizing, often led by people of color, is critical to the foundational work of education, building trust, awareness, and participation within communities—ensuring that people feel empowered and informed to take part in civic life over time. The State Bridges program creates a way for teams and affiliates to fundraise for select partner organizations doing this work in our 2025 and 2026 target states.
Pittsburgh United is a coalition of community, labor, faith, and environmental organizations committed to advancing a community and economy that works for all people. They work to create a world where all workers are able to share in the prosperity generated by economic growth and development.
Donate to Pittsburgh United now! Your contribution will help to build democracy from the ground up and ensure that everyone, no matter who they are, has a voice.
