The State Bridges program supports long-term community-based organizing, often led by people of color. Through this initiative, teams and affiliates are empowered to raise funds for select partner organizations that are advancing this crucial work in our 2025 and 2026 target states.

Citizen Action of Wisconsin Education Fund is a statewide membership organization dedicated to economic, racial, and environmental justice by building progressive power through multi-racial organizing that bridges the urban/rural/suburban divide.
WISDOM is a Wisconsin statewide interfaith organization that works among progressive faith communities to empower people to address the root causes of social injustice. They fight for criminal legal system reform, immigrants rights, public transit, and environmental justice.
