Minnesota’s Political Contribution Refund (PCR) program is designed to encourage small, individual donations to Minnesota’s party units and candidates. As a Minnesota voter, you can participate in the PCR program!


In 2024, donations are eligible for refunds up to $75 per person (or $150 per married couple), per calendar year!


When you donate to Senate District 13 DFL, we'll send you a receipt (form EP-3) and a one page form to complete. Submit these to the MN Dept of Revenue, and you'll have your refund back in about six weeks.


All elections are important, especially LOCAL & STATE elections! Help us build the Democratic-Farmer-Labor party at the LOCAL LEVEL, and build better future for Minnesota!

 

Contribution rules

  1. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
  2. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
  4. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
