Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of the employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year. By donating here, you agree that the first $5,000 of your contribution will be deposited in Sister District Project’s federal account and anything in excess of that amount will be transferred to Sister District Project’s non-federal account. You may also designate a different allocation formula by contacting info@sisterdistrict.com. You also agree that this allocation formula may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution to the federal PAC. You may request a refund of the amount transferred to the nonfederal account in lieu of the transfer.
