Assemblywoman Brittney Miller has served in the NV State Assembly since 2018. When not in Carson City, Brittney serves as a 5th grade math teacher and understands the importance of prioritizing public education. As the first black woman to chair the NV Assembly Judiciary Committee, Brittney is viewed as a get-things-done lawmaker that fights for all Nevadans. With a popular Republican Governor, who is determined to ensure that Republicans pick up seats to be able to sustain his veto, Brittney must run another robust campaign and keep this seat in Democratic hands.
WHY NEVADA IS IMPORTANT
In 2022, Democrats defended a critical US Senate seat, with Cortez-Masto (D) winning by one point, and secured a supermajority in the Nevada Assembly. We must re-elect Brittney to prevent the Republican Governor from dismantling democracy and rolling back progress.
