The Second Chance Democratic Club was founded by Assembly Member Eddie Gibbs, the first formerly incarcerated individual elected to the New York State Legislature. The Democratic Club is devoted to pushing forward criminal justice reform, and supporting formerly incarcerated leaders who want to get involved civically.
