Contribution rules

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
  4. I am not a federal contractor.
  5. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
The allocation for funds raised under this Agreement will be allocated as follows: Contributions will first go to Sustainable Energy and Environment Coalition PAC (SEEC PAC). Any excess funds will be split evenly between Cartwright for Congress, Chris Deluzio for Congress, Nevadans for Steven Horsford, Andy Kim for Congress, Susie Lee for Congress, Mike Levin for Congress, Andrea Salinas for Oregon, Dr Kim Schrier for Congress, Eric Sorensen for Illinois, Spanberger for Congress, Emilia Sykes for Congress, Susan Wild for Congress (each herein a "Candidate Committee"). The first $5,000 of a contribution from a person and the first $5,000 of a contribution from a multi-candidate Federal PAC will be allocated to Sustainable Energy and Environment Coalition PAC (SEEC PAC). The next funds up to $3,300 from a person and $5,000 from a multi-candidate Federal PAC will be split evenly between the Candidate Committees for the General 2024 election. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
