We plant the seeds that one day will grow. We water seeds already planted, knowing that they hold future promise.
-Oscar Romero, “Future Not Our Own”
Seeding Change grows an Asian American movement to promote a just, sustainable, and democratic society. We develop young Asian American leaders and invest in their organizing potential as part of a commitment to long-term movement building. We emphasize personal and political transformation, base-building, and centering the working class, gender justice, and solidarity.
We have graduated over 250 fellows and placed them in 27 organizations across the country. Our fellows have gone on to do amazing things— organizing in immigrant and refugee communities, becoming movement lawyers, cultural workers, educators, healers, working on policy— leading causes that will further build power and improve the lives of Asian immigrant communities. There is no doubt that the experience at Seeding Change is an impactful and transformational one.
YOU can help us sustain this beautiful work for the long run and join us in the movement. Are you ready to join us?
