Hello and thank you! I am running for Charlottesville City Council in 2019. I grew up in the Charlottesville area going to Tandem high school here then PVCC and UVA. I am a mental health professional, a business owner and a mom. I want to see our city be great place to live for everyone.
With that in mind I want to work on strengthening the small business economy, work on fixing our affordable housing crisis, doing what we can to reduce our cities carbon foot print and strengthening our city schools. I have some ideas on how to tackle these problems but I would really love to hear from you about what solutions you have considered. I feel that as a community we can pool our intellectual reasources to solve these problems and others.
