Contribution rules

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
Contributions or gifts to Senator Mark Kelly Legal Defense Fund are not tax deductible. An individual or multi-candidate federal PAC may contribute a maximum amount of $10,000 per calendar year. Contributions from corporations, labor organization treasury funds, foreign nationals, U.S. House or Senate Members' principal campaign committees, and officers and employees of the U.S. Senate (and the spouses or dependents thereof) are prohibited.
